With more than 20 years of experience spanning public accounting, corporate finance, and executive leadership, Troy brings a rare combination of strategic insight and practical, hands-on guidance. Before founding Atlas Accounting and Consulting, he held financial leadership roles across manufacturing, mining, higher education, and multi-site operations, supporting everything from budgeting and forecasting to capital planning and operational strategy.

Today, through Atlas Accounting and Consulting, Troy works directly with business owners, families, and organizations that want more than just compliance work. His approach centers on clarity, responsiveness, and long-term partnership. He helps clients understand their numbers, make smarter decisions, and build financial stability with confidence.
